North Dakota State Grant program provides non-repayable grants to North Dakota residents pursing undergraduate degrees at public, private, and tribal colleges within North Dakota.

Applicants must be North Dakota residents and enrolled members of a federally recognized Indian tribe and must be accepted for admission by a North Dakota institution of higher learning or state vocational education program to be considered.

North Dakota Scholars program provides merit-based, full-tuition to qualifying North Dakota high school graduates who choose to earn undergraduate degrees in North Dakota.
