Getting to Campus
To reach the campus, follow these steps:
- Take HWY 83 (Broadway) to 11th Ave NW.
- Turn west on 11th Ave NW.
- Take the first left into the Minot State University parking lot. Look for the building labeled Student Center.
Traveling to Minot
Minot is well-connected by air, train, and bus. Minot International Airport (MOT) offers rental cars, taxis, and shuttles. Amtrak’s Empire Builder line stops in Minot, providing a picturesque journey through the northern United States. The train station is conveniently situated near downtown Minot, with easy access to local transportation options. Bus services like Greyhound also serve the area.

Park temporarily in the designated visitor parking area. Once inside the Student Center, head to the information desk where friendly staff will assist you in obtaining a parking permit. The staff can also provide a campus map, directions to your residence hall or department, and answer any questions you might have about the campus layout and facilities.
