BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION TEAM (BIT) REFERRAL FORM
Complete this form if you notice an MSU campus community member that may be experiencing distress that impacts them academically, emotionally, behaviorally, or physically. TITLE IX REPORT
Minot State University is committed to providing an environment that is free from discrimination on the basis of sex to our campus community, in compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013.

Sexual misconduct is a form of sex discrimination strictly prohibited by the University, which includes, but is not limited to, sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, and domestic/dating violence. All reported allegations of sexual misconduct will be investigated according to University Policy. If you have experienced or have knowledge of an act of sexual misconduct involving a student, staff, faculty member, or affiliated organization, please report the incident(s) by completing the Title IX – Sexual Misconduct | Complaint Form.
