Welcome to the Office of Safety and Security website.  MSU Security is committed to keeping MSU a safe place to learn and work.  Our staff of seven full time and three part time officers provides security service to the campus twenty-four hours each day of the week utilizing vehicle and foot patrol as well as monitoring the campus through the use of video cameras.

MSU Security will perform fingerprint services to all students and employees at no charge.  Fingerprint hours are Monday – Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Please take time to explore the website to include links to the Clery Annual Security Report and the Active Shooter training video.  You may submit an anonymous tip form as well as report a crime using the CSA (Campus Security Authority) Report Form tab.  For your convenience there are direct links to other campus resources on this page.

Our office is located in the Plant South building on the west side of campus between Crane and Model Hall.  Please contact us at 701-500-2423 to report an incident or if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Gary Orluck
Director, Office of Safety and Security
