Apply for Early Arrival through your Campus Connection, Self-Service, On-Campus Housing.
Early Arrival Applications must be received by the Housing Office at least 5 days before your arrival. Late applications will receive a $50 fee. No accommodation can be guaranteed.
Early Arrival housing is charged to your Minot State student account at a rate of $25.00/student/night unless otherwise approved through a Minot State-sponsored group. If you are checking in with a Minot State Group please confirm with your coach or leader the approved dates.
Minot State Residence Life office cannot guarantee residence in your fall assignment will be available before August 1.
Once you check into your room, you are responsible for all Early Arrival charges. Checking in to Early Arrival Housing initiates the Residence Hall Fall Housing Agreement with Minot State.
HOW TO CHECK-IN
Check-ins are at your assigned residence hall.
Regular check-in times are available every day starting August 1, - August 22, 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Before August 1 check-ins will be coordinated through the Residence Life & Housing office.
