COVID-19 Beaver Creek Café Safety Response

To ensure everyone's health as a result of COVID-19 Sodexo is implementing many safety changes. Some of those changes include:

  • Installing Plexiglas between dining staff and students, as well as in food workstations.
  • The Beaver Creek Cafe will operate at a lower occupancy depending upon the university phase and offer a Grab-n-Go option.
  • Cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing as directed by the Centers for Disease Control. The Beaver Creek Café will close twice daily for enhanced safety procedures.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available in open dining areas.
  • Self-serve options will be discontinued for student safety. Meal deliveries will be available for students who may need to be isolated due to close contact with or contraction of COVID-19.
  • Using gloves and washing hands regularly.
  • Conduct daily wellness checks on our staff.
  • Wearing masks.
  • Adhering to stringent food safety standards.
  • Practicing social and physical distancing within the dining facility.
