The Business Information Technology (BIT) Department Cybersecurity Center establishes a local, regional, and national leadership role in the development of cyber security education. Opportunities at Minot State University (MiSU) include both technical and non-technical degrees from the department of Business Information Technologies, Computer Science, and a graduate certificate in Cyber Security Management. The Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE-CD) designation indicates that our institution is helping reduce threats to our national infrastructure by promoting higher education and research in cyber defense as well as provide the nation with a pipeline of qualified cybersecurity professionals.
Students who complete the degree or certificates listed below will soon be eligible to receive a certificate confirming their completion of the CAE-designated program.
