Minot State University has authorized Parchment to provide official transcript ordering securely online at anytime. You must have a major credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) and a valid email account to request your transcript online. Students transferring to other NDUS institutions do not need to order or pay for official transcripts to be sent. Please contact your admissions office for more information.

- Log into Campus Connection.
- Click on Academic Records Tile.
- Click Official Transcript Request on the left.
- Choose Minot State University in the dropdown box.
- Click Order Official Transcript button (This will direct you to the Parchment secured site).
- Complete the request process.
Former and Alumni Students:
Students who do not have a Campus Connection account may order official transcripts directly from the Parchment site.
- Go to Parchment Ordering Service
- Click Create an Account or click Order.
- Complete the request process.

Third Party Vendors:

- There is an $8 service charge per transcript, unless special ordering options are chosen. Only U.S. Funds are accepted.
- Transcripts are mailed general USPS unless the FedEx or UPS option is chosen.
- Transcript requests cannot be accepted over the phone or via email.
- Photo ID is required to pick up transcripts.
- Former MSU-Bottineau students should contact Dakota College at Bottineau directly with transcript orders.
- You can upload documents to be included with your transcript to be sent electronically.
- Current and former students (attending fall 2005 or later) may view and print an unofficial transcript free of charge through Campus Connection. Check out our video that shows how to access your unofficial transcript.
- The student's address appearing on the transcript will be the first active one in the following list of address types (in order listed): Dorm, Home, Mailing, then Permanent

Once the transcript request is received in the Registrar's Office, your transcript will be processed and sent electronically. These usually go out automatically but in some cases there may be a delay of 1-2 business days.
Regular USPS Mail: $8.00
Once the transcript request is received in the Registrar's Office, your transcript will be processed and mailed within 2-3 business days.
Hold for pick up: $8.00
Once the transcript request is received in the Registrar's Office, your transcript will be processed and available for pick up in 2-3 business days. Photo ID is required for pick up.
Rush Processing Methods:
Rush processing Mail: $18.00
Once the transcript request is received in the Registrar's Office, your transcript will be processed and sent via USPS. PLEASE NOTE: Orders received in-office by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on regular business days will be sent that day. Orders received after by 2:00 p.m. Central Time will be processed the next business day.
Hold for Pick up: $18.00
Once the transcript request is received in the Registrar's Office, your transcript will be processed and available for pick up by the end of the business day. Photo ID is required for pick up. PLEASE NOTE: Orders received in-office by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on regular business days will be completed that day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Central Time will be processed the next business day.
Rush Delivery Methods:
FedEx within the U.S.: $38.00
Once the transcript request is received in the Registrar's Office, your transcript will be processed and sent via FedEx. The FedEx tracking number will be sent to your email address. PLEASE NOTE: Orders received in-office by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on regular business days will be sent that day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Central Time will be processed the next business day.
FedEx Internationally: $53.00
Once the transcript request is received in the Registrar's Office, your transcript will be processed and sent via FedEx. The FedEx tracking number will be sent to your email address. PLEASE NOTE: Orders received in-office by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on regular business days will be sent that day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Central Time will be processed the next business day.
A student will be allowed one transcript resend to a company/school address or email address as indicated on the initial transcript request with an address verification. The resend request will only be granted within 2-4 weeks of the initial request if it has not been received by the company/school. If a student wants the resend to occur prior to the 2-4 week waiting period, he/she must pay an $8.00 service charge for the official transcript to be sent.
Resends will not be processed after modifications to the official transcript have been made (i.e. grade postings, degree postings or grade changes) and cannot be resent.
If the transcript is going to a different address or email address, it will be considered a new request. A new order will need to be placed, which includes paying the service charges.
Our office is unable to print unofficial transcripts for students. Current and former students who attended 2005 and later may view and print an unofficial transcript free of charge through Campus Connection.
