Department/Team Shoutout
The purpose of the Department/Team Shoutout is to recognize entire Minot State University departments or teams that are doing an outstanding job. This could be a one-time interaction that was fantastic or ongoing excellence. All recipients will be honored on the Staff Senate Department/Team Shoutout page and the head of the department/team will be notified of the distinction.
Please note that your name is required, but you may select to have your comments shared anonymously. If you desire to recognize individuals within a department, please instead use the High Five Award or the Individual Employee Shoutout.

Facilities Management
First Rate Customer Service, Friendly, Helpful, Positive Attitude, Prompt Response(s), Terrific Problem Solving
This department is always needed someplace on campus. Without them our campus would "fall apart". The heat in the student center was not working when we arrive to work this morning. Weather conditions were negative double digit temperatures. Facilities were "Johnny" on-the-spot, had things up and running quickly. We ALL appreciate what you all do, EVERYDAY.

Laurie and her team do a great job doing all they can to help students figure out the best options for paying for MSU. They work hard to communicate information and are great team players! Thanks for all you do!

The Registrar's Office team is super helpful and willing to talk through concerns and address issues or offer solutions. The service is great all the time when I interact with them, excellent work!

The Enrollment Services Team pulled together another successful New Student Registration event. Many people don't see all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to get events like this ready, and only see the speakers at the front of the room on special event days. The Enrollment Services Team puts in so many hours working with the students before the event, and organizing all the details leading up to the event.
