Access Services is committed to empowering students with disabilities or temporary medical conditions by providing equitable educational experiences.
To set up classroom accommodations, students must:

The following application must be completed prior to meeting with the Access Services Coordinator.
Provide Documentation
Documentation can come from a variety of sources, such as a medical provider, mental health professional, or vocational rehabilitation counselor. For more information regarding documentation, please contact the Access Services coordinator at access.services@minotstateu.edu.
Meet with the Access Services Coordinator
Schedule an in-person or virtual appointment with the Access Services Coordinator via Starfish by clicking below. Students must be registered for courses prior to this meeting as the accommodations that are needed can vary depending on the course.
Renew Accommodations
Students must renew accommodations every semester by submitting the Renewal Form linked below.
Students in need of housing accommodations should visit the housing website.
