Ms. Albers is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She worked in public accounting for about 5 1/2 years before coming to Minot State University. Her experience lies in auditing, tax, and other various accounting services. She is a member of the ND CPA Society where she serves on the Young Professionals Committee. She serves as co-chair of the Magic City CPAs. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). She serves on the Board of Directors of Minot Area Schools Federal Credit Union and the Board of Commissioners of Minot Housing Authority.
