Temporary illnesses or injuries

Minot State understands that students can experience injuries and illnesses any point throughout the semester, affecting their academics. For students whose symptoms have lasted less than six months, there's temporary medical adjustments.

To set up temporary medical adjustments, please complete the following:

Fill out the application, available HERE.
Provide documentation from a medical provider or mental health professional.
Schedule an appointment with the Access Services Coordinator to discuss what adjustments are needed. You can book an appointment HERE.
