Temporary illnesses or injuries

Minot State understands that students can experience injuries and illnesses any point throughout the semester, affecting their academics. For students whose symptoms have lasted less than six months, there is a possibility for temporary medical adjustments.

To set up temporary medical adjustments, please complete the following:

  1. Fill out the Temporary Medical Adjustment Application.
  2. Provide documentation from a medical provider or mental health professional.
  3. Schedule an appointment with the Access Services Coordinator.
Students must complete these three steps prior to any adjustments being made. Please contact access.services@minotstateu.edu if you have any questions.
