Artist Statement:
Memories can hold indescribable significance and sentimental value, and yet their validity is circumstantial. Memories fade, pieces of them disappear. The mind can create memories that never occurred, or replace details in existing thoughts with figments of one's imagination. Memories can slip through the fingers no matter how hard one tries to hold onto them. The clouds move in and cover what one tries to keep.
