In addition to academic programs, The Looyenga Leadership Center offers co-curricular programming throughout the year to help students develop their leadership skills.

“As an RA, Peer Mentor, and Orientation Leader at Minot State University, I believe it is best to be knowledgeable of how to be a leader.  Going to these sessions gave me insight and I realized that I can also impact others by strengthening my own leadership skills.  This program is going to help students by strengthening their mental health, as well as their knowledge of being able to lead others.”
