To ensure communications reflect the brand of the University, the primary logo is required on all print materials, electronic/social media materials, merchandise, advertisements, video and broadcast media, web pages, and any other similar items that represent Minot State University.
Powerpoint Templates
A basic presentation template has been created for use in Microsoft PowerPoint. We have two powerpoint options available: with and without our MSU pattern.
Business Cards
Business cards are available through our Design & Print Services Office.
Nametags
Order employee nametags through All American Trophies at 701-852-6080 or aatengraving@gmail.com. Departments are billed directly. Nametags allow 2-3 lines of text, so keep it simple to ensure readability.
Email Signature
Email communication is a presentation of official Minot State University correspondence. To maintain consistent branding standards across all forms of MSU communication please follow email guidelines.
Other Templates
A basic fax cover sheet template has been created for use in Microsoft Office.
Individual schools, departments, and offices can use the linked letterhead template. The name should be changed as needed and use the font Montserrat at a font size 13pt.
