We’ve also developed this checklist to help ensure departments use all resources available to amplify their event:

- Livestreaming your event - Contact Information Technology
This checklist is intended as a starting point and should not be considered exhaustive. Most events will require additional planning steps depending on factors such as the event location, audience, activities involved, and the use of campus resources. For example, if a guest author plans to sell books or other materials while on campus, advance approval must be obtained through the MSU Bookstore. Similar approvals or coordination may be required for catering, ticket sales, external vendors, amplified sound, or special space needs.
