Here are important details on the process to submit your study abroad application:You can choose from a wide array of locations, program lengths and fields of study through MSU approved study abroad providers, partner institutions and faculty-led travel.

For these programs, email the Director of International Programs with specific questions after you have already familiarized yourself with the basic program details.
Summer Programs: February 15
Fall Programs: February 15
Spring Programs: September 15
- Step 1: Submit a completed Minot State Study Abroad Application to the Minot State Office of International Programs by the appropriate deadline.
Use this link to electronically send your application documents to the Director of International Programs: - Step 2: Receive notification of acceptance to study abroad through Minot State from the MSU Office of International Programs
- Step 3: By the appropriate deadline, complete the program provider's application.
- Step 4: You will receive an acceptance notification from the program provider informing you of your final acceptance status.
- Step 5: Work with your program provider and the Minot State Director of International Programs on your pre-departure preparations and paperwork.
- Step 6: Embark on the adventure of your lifetime!
