Credentials:

David Frantsvog is a Minot State University graduate at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. His undergraduate degree is in Economics, and his master's degree is in Management. In addition to his studies at Minot State University, David also received his doctorate in Business Administration with a finance specialization from Walden University. David has a very diverse employment history, having worked in banking, health care, and the oil and gas industry.

Outside of academia, David's most recent employer was CHI St. Alexius Health, where he served as lead administrator in Minot North Dakota. At CHI St. Alexius, David was responsible for the overall success of the local business unit. Daily operations, budgeting, personnel management, and planning were his primary duties. Prior to working at CHI St. Alexius, David worked for Hess Corporation serving in a finance capacity. Some of his key responsibilities in this role were completing authorizations for expenditures (AFE's), capital forecasts, monthly accruals, cost estimates, and process improvement initiatives. Before working at Hess, he was a Loan Officer at Northern Tier Federal Credit Union, working heavily with personal and real estate loans.
