Beavers and Brew adds BBQ to the 2019 lineup

The third annual Minot State University Alumni Association Beavers and Brew series will shift from burgers to barbeque as this year’s co-host is Bone’s BBQ, Smokehouse & Grill. The 2019 Beavers, Brew and BBQ is set for Friday, April 5 starting at 6 p.m.

When Frank Shultz returned to the United States in 1973 after being stationed off the coast of Vietnam, he began school at Minot State to complete his degree. He was active in Minot State Student Veterans Club while attending the University.

Minot State reschedules NASA’s Pinnick

Minot State University has set a new dated for alumnae Veronica (Cavallo) Pinnick ’04 to speak at the University. The rescheduled event will take place Thursday, March 21 at 7 p.m. at the Hoffman Auditorium at the Cyril Moore Science Center.
