CAEP Information

To ensure you're earning and paying for a quality degree, Minot State University earned the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) accreditation.  Educator accreditation is a seal of approval that assures quality in educator preparation.  Accreditation makes sure . that educator programs prepare new teachers to know their subjects, their students, and have the clinical training that allows them to enter the classroom ready to teach effectively.

North Dakota Education Standards and Practices Boards (ESPB)

The ESPB entered into a partnership with CAEP in 2016.  This partnership promotes excellence in educator preparation by coordinating state approval and national accreditation standards.  As a student, you are assured you will graduate with the required skills to be an effective teacher.
