Goal 1

Goal 1: To ensure we have qualified applicants, we will increase graduate student applications for both residential and distance programs. (In support of Empowering Generations, Goal 1: Build enrollment to secure financial sustainability for the institution.)

• Objective 1.1: Recruit well-qualified undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, and graduate students.

    • Develop online post-bac part-time program
    • Review holistic admissions criteria and process
    • Develop MOA/Articulation agreements with a minimum of three (3) universities

• Objective 1.2: Retain well-qualified undergraduate and graduate students.

    • Analyze first-year review data and evaluate for preparation for comprehensive exams
    • Implement a recognition event for new graduate students (i.e., “white coat ceremony” or pinning ceremony)

• Objective 1.3: Graduate well-qualified entry-level speech language pathologists.
