Hi, I’m Ms. Walker! I am the clinic director here at Minot State University Communication Disorders Clinic. I came to MiSU in the fall of 2017 after 18 years of clinical experience in the acute care setting. In the university hospital setting I provided speech-language pathology services primarily to adults, supervised SLP interns, and managed speech language pathology service delivery for adults and pediatrics in acute care and outpatient. In addition to clinical director responsibilities, I teach, supervise students in clinical practicum, and advise. My passions in the field of speech language pathology include dysphagia, acquired communication disorders, and neurogenic language disorders.
