Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) may use this form to report crimes to Security that fall under requirements of the Jeanne Clery Act. CSAs are required to report to Security any report received involving the below listed offenses if they occur within Minot State University’s Clery-reportable geography. If there is a question as to whether an incident is reportable under Clery regulations, please report the incident to Security as soon as possible and we will classify the incident. Timeliness of reporting is crucial, as Security is required to not only post reported crimes on our 60-Day Crime and Fire Log, but we also need to determine if a Timely Warning or Safety Alert to the campus community is necessary.
