Community Rocks set to rock Summer Theatre

MINOT, N.D. – The seventh annual Community Rocks concert will be the first to be held outdoors. Community Rocks has partnered with the newly renovated Minot State Summer Theatre for unique concert experience.

Community Rocks is dedicated to planning and delivering performance arts events to improve the community and spread the love financially by selecting a different non-profit partner each year. This year’s lead beneficiary is the Souris Valley Animal Shelter. Community Rocks has raised more than $300,000 for local organizations such as the YWCA, DVCC, Prairie Grit Sports, Minot String Academy, Roosevelt Park Zoo, and the Magic City Discovery Center.

The event is slated to begin at 7:30 p.m. with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. There will be food trucks, a cash bar, and an opportunity to engage with 2022 beneficiary, the Souris Valley Animal Shelter. Signature live auction items include collectables from the Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Charlie Daniels, and more.

Tickets to the event are available ONLINE with in-personal sales and pick up at Eckroth Music and SVAS. For more information, see the Community Rocks page ONLINE or follow the event on their FACEBOOK page.
