Minot State Preview Day to offer engaging experience
Minot State University invites prospective students and their families to “test drive” the university Nov. 19 at Preview Day. The check-in segment starts at 9:30 a.m. at the east door of the Student Center. Preview Day itself runs from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
“Preview Day will feature an exciting and engaging schedule, focusing on helping students understand the importance of choosing a major and what majors MSU offers,” said Katie Tyler, director of enrollment services. “Three TED-like talks will provide invigorating, passionate information about why choosing a major is significant”
Preview Day will also include a department fair showcasing the many academic options MSU offers; breakout sessions giving students hands-on, exciting learning opportunities; and an optional campus tour. Students will be immersed into what MSU strives to do: keep students first and engage them in the classroom.
Minot State University’s Preview Day is designed with students in mind.
