Minot State professor publishes book

Terry Eckmann, physical education professor and motivational speaker, published her second book, “101 Ways to Age Gracefully,” in May. The book serves as a guide to lead individuals toward better health and well-being and includes photos of women of all ages from the Minot area.

“The book is dedicated to women in my life who are aging gracefully by living life to the fullest,” said Eckmann. “They are women who touched my life during my university years at MSU.”

Eckmann has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and presents internationally on a variety of topics related to health and wellness. Her book “101 Brain Boosters” was published in 2013 and is used by a multitude of individuals, educators and communities all over the world.

“101 Ways to Age Gracefully” is available for purchase in Minot at Main Street Books, Minot State University Bookstore, and Home Sweet Home.
