The role of the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is to facilitate the procurement of external support through grants, fellowships, contracts, royalties, licensing agreements, and technical assistance agreements. The office assists faculty and staff in identifying and seeking external funding opportunities, reviewing requests for proposals (RFPs), contacting funding agencies, and preparing and submitting grant proposals.
