Welcome to the Honors Program at MSU. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, yet share a great love of learning and sense of fun.
This program offers a series of courses that together earn a concentration or minor at MSU, as well as an Honors Program distinction on your transcript. Classes are small and full of lively discussion, and the atmosphere is one of mutual respect.
I encourage you to expand your education by taking Honors courses as part of your undergraduate program (see "Join Honors" for suggested entrance requirements). You will find unexpected rewards along the way, like valuable one-on-one time with nationally-recognized professors and lasting friendships with people outside your major.
