The offenders, risk assessment, and corrections minor will offer you, a student interested in pursuing a career in probation, parole, and corrections, a comprehensive understanding of offender risk assessment, practices, and policies in probation/parole, and community and institutional corrections. The minor also meets student and practitioner expectations related to knowledge and skill sets to adequately prepare you for a career path in corrections and offender rehabilitation.
