In order for Minot State’s Department of Nursing to meet local and national shortages for nurses and to ensure the University continues to meet rigorous qualifications set by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Eduation and the North Dakota Board of Nursing, additional aid is needed.
New academic offerings in entrepreneurship, leadership, early childhood education, medicinal plant chemistry, exercise science and rehabilitation, and individualized studies, as well as master’s programs in sports management, disability human services, math education, and special education, are essential in keeping MSU relevant in a changing academic landscape.
