The Office of International Programs is located on the 2nd floor of the Student Union Building, in the farthest east corner.

Office hours are 8:00 - 4:30, Monday through Friday.
Appointments can be made on Wednesdays, 8:00 - 12:15.
Walk-ins are welcome:
- Mondays, all day
- Tuesdays, 8:00 - 12:15

- Thursdays, 1:00 - 4:30
- Fridays, all day
Please note that no appointments or walk-ins can be accommodated during the following times:

Libby Claerbout, Director Libby is responsible for the development of systems and processes to support Minot State University’s International Programs including support services, policies and procedures for: international students, study abroad, faculty-led study tours, and faculty and scholar exchanges. She also works to foster campus involvement in international programs and create on-campus culture of global awareness. Virginie Vournas, International Student Coordinator Virginie manages immigration-related matters relative to international students and exchange visitors, and is responsible for ensuring institutional compliance with federal immigration law. She also acts as the advisor for international and Canadian students and exchange visitors on various issues impacting them, and in educating university faculty and staff on federal visa and immigration policies. Kemerly Moorhouse, Education Abroad Coordinator Kemerly is responsible for advising students and faculty about education abroad opportunities, managing administrative coordination of study abroad and outbound exchange programs, and promoting education abroad opportunities. She also organizes and conducts pre-departure orientation sessions, and contributes to the ongoing enhancement and development of education abroad opportunities for MSU students. Tyson Snelling, Canadian Student Assistant Tyson, a native from Brandon, Manitoba Canada, is a senior here at Minot State University. He is pursuing a degree in International Business and Business Administration as well as continuing his passion for football as a team captain. While attending MSU he has become familiar with the procedures Canadians need to know in order to enter the country and stay in legal status during their time here at MSU. He has been working in the Office of International Programs for the past year and a half and is ready for your questions!
