Mrs. Hilory Liccini is the Associate Director for the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD) and Assistant Professor in the Department of Education and Inclusive Services. During her Doctoral training, Mrs. Liccini focused on Applied Behavior Analysis and Inclusive Practices, as well as the lived experiences of teachers who work with students with Specific Learning Disabilities.

Mrs. Liccini has a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Nazareth University in Rochester, NY and a Master’s in Education from the University of West Florida.  She is nearing completion of her Doctorate degree in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado.

Mrs. Liccini has prior experience working with parents who have children with disabilities, has completed trainings for medical professionals and educators on Autism and the early red flags, and has special interests in supporting and maintaining inclusive opportunities for people with disabilities.  She has been with Minot State University since 2010.

Mrs. Liccini enjoys spending time with her family and watching her children run cross country and play soccer.
