Why I chose Minot State: Small class sizes and the cost of attending.

Reason for joining ambassadors: To help incoming/prospective students and get more involved on campus

Favorite place on campus: Model Hall 119 (Computer Lab)

Interesting fact about yourself: I don't like superhero movies

Why I chose Minot State: I love the small campus size! It's awesome getting to know students, faculty, and staff and not being just a number. It's small enough to let you belong, while big enough to let you breath when you need to.

Where's home: Minot, ND

Current major: Mathamatics 

Reason for joining ambassadors: I joined Student Ambassadors to get involved on campus and to show prospective students all that Minot State has to offer.

Why I chose Minot State: I chose Minot State because I get to earn a quality education while being a part of the wonderful Minot State community.

Why I chose Minot State: Small campus with lots of opportunities.

Where's home: Hilo, Hawai’i

Current major: Radiologic Technology

Future career goals: Complete my bachelors degree in Radiology and return home to care for the people of Hawai’i

Reason for joining ambassadors: Student Ambassadors made my transition to Minot State a lot easier being that I am so far from home. I would like to do the same for others

Favorite place on campus: The Native American Center

Interesting fact about yourself: I can speak fluent Hawaiian

Why I chose Minot State: I chose Minot State because I knew I wanted change. What’s better than moving 3,000 miles away from home? I’m so happy that I chose to attend Minot State University because this has been an experience that’s changed my life. The students here are extremely welcoming and kind, the professors want the best for you, and anything that you need to succeed is right at your fingertips

Why I chose Minot State: It feels like a second home. There’s many opportunities to get involved on campus and meet new people. Minot has great academic programs and because of its diversity I’ve learned a lot about different cultures

Reason for joining Student Ambassadors: I love meeting new people and interacting with them, and this is an excellent opportunity to get involved on campus. 

Favorite place on campus: Beaver Dam 

Interesting fact about yourself: I love to play Dark Souls (video game). 

Why I chose Minot State: Hometown university, it was affordable, the university is not big enough to loose one-on-one engagement with professors, and it isn't small enough where you know everyone.

Reason for joining Student Ambassadors: I chose to join Student Ambassadors because I want other students around the world to be aware of the great opportunities that we have here at Minot State University. 

Favorite place on campus: Student Center

Interesting fact about yourself: I wish to open a charity organization or a food bank to help people in need. It's something I strive to do every day. Also, I love martial arts!

Why I chose Minot State: I chose MSU because it is affordable and well equipped to make all students enter the professional world with confidence.

Reason for joining Student Ambassadors: I would love to encourage more people, who are introverted, to be social, and with becoming a Student Ambassador, I am able to achieve this goal.

Interesting fact about yourself: My favorite food is french fries; I love them more than most people. 

Why I chose Minot State: Minot is very close to Canada, where I plan to move after college and the campus looked warm and welcoming.

Favorite place on campus: The Old Main lawn under a tree.

Interesting fact about yourself: Once I got charged by a (small) herd of buffalo

Reason for joining Student Ambassadors: I want to peer potential new students and make them feel at home here at MSU.

Favorite place on campus: Third floor of the Wellness Center

Interesting fact about yourself: I love to watch 'Phantom of the Opera' (I think I have seen it about 6 times so far). 

Why I chose Minot State: I chose Minot State because the campus was small enough to not get lost, yet big enough to make me feel like I have enough space to breath. I just feel right and I am where I belong when I am here.

Why I chose Minot State: I chose Minot State because of the great programs and opportunities Minot State has to offer.
