If you want to enroll in courses but do not plan to seek a degree, you may enroll as an undergraduate non-degree student. As a non-degree student you are not eligible for financial aid and may not take more than 12 credits. Enrollment beyond 12 credits will be contingent upon completion of all admission requirements for new freshman or transfer students.
1. Apply
Take the first step into your future and apply to Minot Sate. Indicate Non-Degee on the questions about Major/Program and Degree/Plan. Once you indicate Non-Degee, the Non-Degree Seeking Form will be available for completion within the admission application. Don't forget to pay your $35 application fee.
2. Send Student Health Records
If you plan to take on campus courses now or in the future you are required to provide immunization records. If you do not plan to attend classes on campus you can request an exemption by submitting the required form. You will not be permitted to enroll until immunization or documentation of waiver is complete.
