This payment plan is available for MSU students that do not qualify for financial aid or do not receive sufficient financial aid to cover the cost of attendance. The enrollment fee for the payment plan is $50 for a semester.
For a fall or spring semester plan, payments must be made in three equal installments. Summer semester payment plans are made in two equal installments. Payments can be made online through Campus Connection, in person or by mail to: MSU Business Office, 500 University Ave. West, Minot, ND 58707, or over the phone at 701-858-3333.
All payments are due on the designated dates published for each semester and the dates listed on the payment plan agreement.
MSU reserves the right to cancel this payment plan if payments are not made by the payment plan scheduled dates. Upon cancellation, the entire balance is due immediately. Balances left after the payment plan final payment date will be subject to a monthly late payment fee of 1.75%. In addition MSU reserves the right to refuse enrollment if the terms and conditions of the current contract are not met.
