The "Core" CITI Course: The CITI "Core" course meets the human subjects protection instructional mandate for your institution. You should take this course first.
The CITI Continuing Education (CE) Course: This course is designed for those learners who have previously completed a version of the CITI "Core" Course and whose institutions require a yearly refresher course.
If you have questions regarding your requirements, please contact the IRB office.
To access the CITI site and its courses:
- Visit the CITI Training Site.
- Create an account by clicking on Register in the top right.
- Make sure you enter Minot State University as the Organization Affiliation (do not continue as an independent learner).
- Once you are registered and logged into the CITI site, from the Main Menu, select Minot State University courses, then select the course you need to complete.
- Once you complete the course, go to My Reports and print a copy. Send the copy to amy.armstrong@ndus.edu or others who need it.
