Chelsie is a proud alumnus of Minot State University. After spending eleven years teaching elementary students in Minot, she has come full circle and returned to MSU to teach in the Teacher Education and Kinesiology Department.

 

During her years teaching third and fifth grade students, Chelsie served on numerous committees for Minot Public Schools: Multi-Tiered Support System, Wellness, the English Language Arts Essential Standards Committee in addition to Minot State University’s Student Teacher Stakeholder Committee.

 

Mrs. Hultz is a trainer for North Dakota United’s ethics course Elevating the Profession. This course is one-of-a-kind, as it is the only ethics course recommended by the Educational Standards and Practices Board. Funded by the National Education Association, North Dakota United’s developed curriculum is paving the way to help train educators across the nation with the new course materials.

 

Teacher mental health is Chelsie’s lifelong research interest. She aims to support educators as they navigate professional demands while balancing personal well-being.

Berthold, North Dakota is Chelsie’s hometown. She and her husband have four boys between them and make their home in Minot. Her faith, family, friends and people matter most to her. That includes you!
