By imparting skills and helping students further develop them, General Education’s overarching goal is to graduate students who make lifelong professional, civic, social, and personal contributions, flourishing post-college regardless of their course of study.
Minot State University designs General Education to foster students’ learning of a universal set of critical competencies, each with objectives. Undergraduate students must take courses or engage in experiences from each competency
