Spring 2015

  • Identification of teams for each criterion, Federal Compliance, and evidence
  • Initial meeting of teams to discuss process and read through Core Components

Fall 2015

  • Team meetings to identify bullet points and evidence needs
  • Evidence team begins evidence collection
  • Site visit date established (October 30-31, 2017

Spring 2016

  • Teams continue to draft bullet points
  • Evidence team continues to gather evidence
  • QIP final report submitted

Summer 2016

  • Teams submit bullet points and evidence lists to writer (2 and 3)
  • Drafts of criteria completed (2 and 3)
  • Evidence team begins web site review project

Fall 2016

  • 1st draft returned to teams 2 and 3
  • Teams 1, 4, and 5 submit bullet points and evidence lists to writer by November 30
  • 1st draft from teams 2 and 3 to writer

Spring 2017

  • 2nd draft from teams 2 and 3 to writer
  • 2nd draft evidence linked, reviewed by VPAA, returned to teams 2 and 3 by May 30

Summer 2017

  • 1st draft with evidence linked to teams 1, 4 and 5, June 30
  • 2nd draft from teams 2 and 3 to writer, June 30
  • 1st draft from teams 1, 4, and 5 to writer, July 30
  • Campus awareness campaign begins
  • President’s staff begins Assurance Argument review, August 1

Fall 2017

  • Overview of argument to campus, August 16 (Convocation)
  • 2nd draft reviewed by VPAA, to teams 1, 4, and 5, August 15
  • 2nd draft from teams to writer, September 1
  • Campus awareness campaign begins
  • Finalized Assurance Argument, September 20
  • Assurance Portal lockdown, September 30
  • Site visit October 30-31
