Student Satisfaction Inventory and the Priorities Survey for Online Learners

This spring, Minot State University is administering the Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) and the Priorities Survey for Online Learners (PSOL) to students.

Satisfaction assessments are a key indicator of the current situation for the institution. The data from the assessment provides direction for the campus to make improvements in the areas that matter most to students. SSI and PSOL will ask students to indicate both the level of importance that they place on an item, as well as their level of satisfaction that the institution is meeting this expectation. The results provide a roadmap for next steps that the institution can and should take to respond to the issues that students/campus personnel have identified.

Students received the survey invitation in their MSU email accounts. The email invitation came from Laurie Geller, vice president for academic affairs, and provided a link and passcode for entry into the survey. The survey should take no longer than 15-20 minutes to complete, and it is important to the university. Two $50 Amazon gift cards will be randomly given away to survey participants.

Completing the survey allows students to Be seen. Be heard.
