MSU Student Government Associaiton to host NDSA

Minot State University’s Student Government Association will host the North Dakota Student Association’s bimonthly meeting Friday and Saturday (Oct. 24-25) in Swain Hall (third floor). NDSA is a representative body of the student governments within the 11 North Dakota University System institutions. NDSA serves as a voice for over 48,000 students in North Dakota.

Guest speakers will be Steven W. Shirley, MSU president, and Jon Backes, past president of the State Board of Higher Education and an attorney with Minot’s McGee, Hankla, Backes, Dobrovolny Law Firm. The meeting will continue Saturday morning (Oct. 25).  Various topics will be discussed at this meeting including the measures, which will be on the Nov. 4 ballot.
