MSU and Apple successfully recycle e-waste

An Apple truck arrived Aug. 10 on Minot State University’s campus and hauled off more than 15 pallets of e-waste. The e-waste consisted of campus computers and electronic equipment deemed scrap and beyond repair. Last year, 29 pallets, or roughly 25,000 pounds, of unusable, university-owned electronic and computer equipment were loaded on an Apple truck and recycled properly. This year, the campus again utilized this opportunity to be eco-friendly while disposing of scrap items at no cost to Minot State.
