Program Retention and Probation Information

The Exercise Science and Rehabilitation values the professional and ethical standards set forth by the American Society of Exercise Physiologist. Students whose behavior is not aligned with the American Society of Exercise Physiologists Code of Ethics, will be put on probation for one semester with the ability to rectify the behavior. Students still found not in compliance with the Code of Ethics in the semester after their probation will be dismissed from the program. Egregious behavior (or actions that would prevent licensure by a professional program) will deter a student from majoring in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation.
