Proposals must be submitted in the curriculum software system at least 5 instructional days prior to Curriculum Committee meetings to be considered by the committee on first reading.

Catalog Updates
In order to ensure adequate time to pass through the approval process:

  • Changes intended to be applied to the 2026-2027 catalog must be received by the Curriculum Committee (through CourseLeaf) by Feb. 4, 2026.
  • Changes that also require approval of Graduate Council must be approved no later than the Jan. 13, 2026 Graduate Council meeting.
  • Changes requiring TEAC approval must be approved noo later than Feb. 2, 2026.
