Instructions for Purchasing a Parking Permit Online

STUDENTS & EMPLOYEES (Faculty & Staff)

Use Google Chrome or Firefox. Change settings to accept cookies.

Go to the Parking Portal link: https://ndus.t2hosted.com/cmn/auth_ext.aspx

Click the Affiliated Login Button 

From the NDUS page, enter your user name & password

• first name. last name
• password

MSU Parking Portal, your account page, go to the menu bar at the very top of the page.
Click on Permits, then Get Permits

Verify and/or add Vehicle Information

• Use the last 8 characters of the VIN# if you do not have a license plate

Choose & Select Payment Method

Log out of the Portal. Goto your campus email to PRINT YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT.

Your PRINTED EMAIL RECEIPT is required to pick up your permit. Bring your Minot State ID.

• Bring the "noreply@t2systems.com" receipt with red letters on top.
• Do not bring your credit card payment receipt.
