A Message from the Chair

Congratulations! You made it, and through a pandemic your graduation path was unlike any before you. So many great memories along the way: sight-singing and dictation exams, juries, 4+ years of P-lab, variety shows, senior recitals, the Norway trip and that Bee Gees event, chamber and large ensemble performances, new study and lounging spaces, so many late evenings in the building….but you made it. The music faculty are so proud of your accomplishments and the way you have prepared to go out and make a difference in the world. Music is needed now more than ever, and you are the future! Much love from the Division of Performing Arts. Stay in touch. We are in this together!

— Dr. Erik Anderson, Division of Music Chair
