Dr.Wojciech Cebulak is currently a professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at Minot State University, where he has been working since November 1999. He received a law degree from Copernicus University (Uniwersytet Mikolaja Kopernika) in Torun, Poland (1985), and he also holds a doctorate in criminal justice from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (1989).

He has authored and co-authored multiple publications, including a book on prostitution from a comparative perspective, and he has presented papers at many scholarly conferences. His research interests include international/comparative criminology, white-collar and corporate crime, policing, and criminal law and procedure. His favorite teaching areas are international crime, comparative legal systems, ethics in criminal justice, criminal justice policy, and criminal procedure.
