I have a wide-spectrum of experience with caring for clients in med/surg, long-term care, home health, solid organ transplant, ambulatory surgery, GI, and family practice.
I am passionate about organ transplantation and the older adult. Other professional interests include nursing incivility, reflective journaling, online education, and creative, active learning techniques in the classroom.
What I love about nursing profession is it is an ever-evolving and is never boring! Nurses must continuously seek the use of evidence-based practice and implement them into their own practice.
