Thomas Thomas is being changed to a new service called Congress.gov. Congress.gov will do all that Thomas has been doing over the last 20 years (as the source for federal legislative information from the Library of Congress) with the exception of nominations, treaties and communications. These sources will be added throughout 2014. The link to Thomas will continue to work until the end of 2014.
