A campus tradition since the early 80s, the Juried Student Show features artwork created by Minot State University students. The JSS gives students the opportunity to participate in a professional exhibition in the Walter Piehl Gallery. A qualified external juror, chosen from area and regional artists, educators, or other art professionals, selects and designates work for artistic awards of distinction.

The JSS is open to all students currently enrolled at Minot State University. Artwork may be in any medium. All submissions must be original, and have been created while a student at Minot State University.
